How long does delivery take?
This will vary between products. Some items are in stock and will take up to 5 working days; other products are made to order and may take longer. We do try to specify on our product pages, however if you'd like a more accurate delivery estimate, please email

​If your order is delivered with a delivery photo, under no circumstances are you eligible for a refund - DHL hold no liability and will leave safe if the driver deems it safe - if you have a specific safe place or designated neighbour please notify us when ordering or leave a note on your door.
