• Delivery with Photo Proof
  If your order is delivered with a photo confirmation, refunds cannot be issued. Please note that DHL may leave your parcel in a location the driver considers safe. If you have a preferred safe place or a designated neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering or leave a clear note on your door.

• Returning Parts
  Parts may be returned for a refund if they are unused. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.

• Condition of Returned Parts
  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If items show signs of use, only a partial refund will be issued.

• Return Postage
  Return postage must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

• Return Timeframe
  Once we have acknowledged your return request, you must return the order within 10 working days.

• Refunds
  Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our team.
