Restore the integrity of your Discovery 2 with our supplied and fitted replacement rear 1/2 chassis section service. Ideal for rusted or compromised rear chassis rails, this upgrade ensures your vehicle is structurally sound and safe for the road or trail.
 
🛠️ Service Overview:
Professionally supplied and fitted in our workshop
3-day turnaround required
Chassis painted externally in Black Buzzweld DTM, including the join between old and new sections
UK-manufactured chassis sections made from 3mm mild steel
Full-length rail section: 1400mm, complete with all original-style brackets
Section extends just past the rear shock mount brackets
 
⚠️ Possible Additional Costs:
Due to age and wear, some components may require replacement during the job:
Rear Anti-Roll Bar Drop Links
Rear Height Sensors (if on air suspension)
Fuel Filter Housing
These will be discussed and priced if needed.
 
🧼 Important Pre-Drop-Off Instructions:
Vehicles must arrive with no more than 1/4 tank of fuel (less is preferred)
Pressure wash the underside if the vehicle has been off-roading or is heavily soiled — a cleaning fee may apply otherwise
Remove all personal items and car seats from the vehicle — we will need to lift the rear carpets during the job
